“Ever since I was a little kid, I [have] always loved raiding my mom’s closet, using her shoes, [and] playing with her makeup. I was always really a girly-girl, experimenting with accessories.”

“Wherever you go, you always take home something from that country and the people you meet. From the Middle East, like Egypt, I loved the black liner, the thick lashes, the really fashyown designer-wear kind of dressing. From LA it was more like tracksuits, flip-flops, and big shades. Wherever I go, I learn to do what the Romans do, wear what the people wear. I’m like a sponge. I can easily absorb anything.”
4
“I just follow my own style, whatever I’m most comfortable in, especially after giving birth. Some of my fabulous stylists still go shopping in heels and stilettos. But for me, if I can wear flats or tsinelas, it’s so much more comfortable because I’ll be running around all day with my kids.”
5
“I love being able to be with my kids on a daily and regular basis. If I’m not puyat from work, normally I have them sleep next to me so we’re all sandwiched in one bed.”
6
“I think my best investment would have to be my marriage and my kids, because even if it failed, it was worth it.”
7
“I have two beautiful children, and I definitely learned from it. It made me a better person, a stronger woman. I now have a story to teach my kids someday, so I don’t consider my marriage a failure. For me, it’s just something that I definitely learned from."
8
“I don’t have an ideal man anymore—that’s only for young little kids who have never been in love yet and [are] still dreaming for their dream man. It’s not gonna happen.”
9
“I’m just gonna wait for the one that God will send me because I think he will be the right man. So for me, no one’s really perfect. The ideal person would be someone that matches me, someone that I feel [is] my equal, who’ll bring out the best in me, who will love my children, [who is] hardworking and will love me forever and ever even if I’m old and wrinkled and gray.”

“Akala ko nga before, si Yilmaz was already my greatest love, but maybe, the greatest one and my forever love is still out there.”
