Angel Locsin and Coco Martin to star in new teleserye Juan dela Cruz

After the phenomenal success of Walang Hanggan, Coco Martin is set to do a mini-serye entitled Juan dela Cruz opposite sexy actress Angel Locsin.
Not much is known about the series apart from the fact that it was supposed to be an entry for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival, ‘till the producers of the mini-serye, Cinemedia Films Production Incorporated and ABS-CBN unit head Deo Endrinal felt that the project would be better suited for TV.
Also included in the cast are Gina Pareno and Mylene Dizon. Malu Sevilla will be directing the project. Juan dela Cruz marks the first time the two superstars will be paired onscreen.
