Bianca Manalo just set the record straight regarding her alleged rift with Banana Split dancer Sunshine Garcia on The Buzz last September 9, 2012. Rumors recently broke loose that Bianca Manalo confronted Sunshine at the powder room during the recently held Star Magic Ball last September 1. Sunshine is rumored to be the cause of Bianca’s split from actor-dancer John Prats. Sunshine and John are both part of the gag show Banana Split which is how, sources say, they fell in love.

“Actually, wala kaming problema talaga ni Sunshine until nung talagang naghiwalay kami ni John,” clarified Bianca. “Lumabas ‘yung name niya pero in all honesty ‘pag pupunta ako dati sa taping ng Banana Split we would talk. Binebeso ko naman lahat, tapos nagka-show din kami together sa Bacolod. Okay naman. Kaya lang nagulat ako nung nagkaroon ng issue pero ‘yung nangyari sa Star Magic Ball walang dedmahan na naganap.” On being asked by host Boy Abunda if she honestly thinks there is something going on between John and Sunshine, Bianca said she isn’t sure. “Wala po talaga akong alam. Nung kami pa ni John, never naming napag-usapan si Sunshine, never naging issue between the two of us,” answered the beauty-queen-turned-actress.

Bianca also revealed that she is no longer on speaking terms with John, although she hopes that that will change very soon. “Naniniwala ako na in time magkakausap kami ulit kasi marami kaming masasayang memories together, so tsine-cherish ko ‘yon,” she revealed. Bianca answered the issue pertaining to her new hairstyle, as well. She said that she had her hair cut short for a hair product endorsement, and not because she was still bitter over her break-up with John Prats. From what we hear, Bianca doesn’t have any reason to be bitter because she is rumored to be dating Brazilian hunk Daniel Matsunaga! We wonder what John thinks about that. And Heart Evangelista, too.
