FANBOY BY MARK SABLAN Caught Legacy last night and I am very impressed—at least with the lines.
These are some of my favorites:
SCENE: Chynna Ortaleza is crying bucketloads coz just lost her baby. Actually, there really was no baby in the first place. According to the doctor, she has a cyst in her uterus.
“Wag ka umiyak,” her mother scolds Chynna. “Kaka-facial lang natin. May cyst ka na sa uterus mo, maga pa mukha mo.”
SCENE: Chynna Ortaleza confronts Bianca King about Dennis Trillo. Dennis is with Chynna but he really loves Bianca.
“Ni sa semifinals di ka makaka-abot,” says a mapanglait Chynna to poor girl Bianca.
SCENE: Chynna is arguing with her mother. They’re buying a pregnant woman’s baby but she just raised her price.
“She can use the money for plastic surgery,” Cyhnna tells her mom.
Now I love not just Legacy, but Chynna Ortaleza as well.
