Six feet away from a supermodel

Danica Magpantay, the latest Ford Supermodel of the World, was launched as the new ambassador of Globe Tattoo@Home last January 18. And I was there. I was in the same room where she was. I was breathing the same air she was breathing. I was actually around six feet away from her.

Yes, I am a fan. A huge fan, actually. As in I cried when she won Ford Supermodel of the World.

I haven’t met her although there have been some chances, even awhile ago. But, I don’t know, maybe it’s not the right time. It’s not the right time for me to go cray cray in front of her. As in. Because I swear I will fall from grace and be a total fanboy when I finally do meet her.

I am just happy for her and all the things she’s accomplishing at such a young age. I am very sure this is just the start for such a promising individual. I just know that 2012 is the year of Danica Magpantay.
