BY JAMIE ORTEGA If the Twitterverse is to be believed, President Benigno Aquino III is romancing Korean TV personality Grace Lee. The president and the Korean TV personality were reportedly spotted together last Wednesday night, according to DJ Mo Twister, who broke the news with this tweet: "we are talking about Grace Lee's date last night with President Aquino. #itsmorefuninthephilippines" PNoy first met Grace in June 2011 during the inauguration of the Korean Electric Power Corporation power plant in Cebu, an event hosted by Lee. Both parties have already issued their statements, both denying any romantic involvement. After being asked about the “date”, presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda said, “We do not comment on private matters of the president. So we cannot comment on that. You can ask me every time but you know our position on that matter.” Grace Lee clarified the rumors today on GMA News TV’s Balitanghali. She said, “Huwag kayong maniwala sa mga lumabas na report na ako ang nagsabi. I didn't release a statement.  I have the highest respects for the president and I respect his privacy. I leave it up to him to speak on the matter.” After issuing that statement Lee made it to the list of trending topics on social networking site Twitter. Other women linked with the president include celebrity stylist Liz Uy, stockbroker Len Lopez, Bais City Mayor Karen Villanueva and Singapore-based reporter of Channel News Asia Sabrina Chua.
